Tarik A. Floyd

A Washington, DC native, Tarik's primary focus at FTF is on capital raising and investor relations. He also leverages his wide range of relationships to source acquisition targets.
As a former collegiate athlete, his ambition and work ethic are unrivaled. Tarik has leveraged this drive and honed his skillset to build strong relationships with commercial real estate owners and capital investors. While a sales agent at a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, Tarik specialized in identifying distressed properties and assisting owners in maximizing the disposition of these assets. While there, Tarik specialized in underwriting and due diligence for new and existing multifamily investment opportunities.
Tarik earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an established foundation in Finance from Virginia State University. He followed-up by completing Harvard University’s Leading with Finance program. Tarik also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Guard Youth Foundation.
